It has a 90% of solution and it can treat the different situations and expressions of Natural Language used when defining health problems and diagnosis. hCod is a simple solution, it can be implanted easily, and it reduces the cost of codification up to a 80%.

It is operative in Emergency, Wait-List, and Outpatient Services for the ICD 9 CM and ICD 10 codifications. The codification in SNOMED CT is in a beta testing phase.
